Rally at the State House for SC House Bill 4549 “The Amateur Radio Antenna Protection Act”.

A rally has been scheduled at the State House for Wednesday, February 28th, 2024, (just a couple days away!!) to demonstrate Ham Radio Operators strong support for the bill. We represent a significant number of voters and plan to occupy the upper gallery during that day’s session. If possible, please join your fellow Hams and show the South Carolina House our serious commitment to this bill, which is crucial for amateur radio.

Please arrive at the statehouse by 9am to ensure entry as the session which begins at 10 a.m. Parking is available in several lots along Assembly Street. For communication, the Columbia Amateur Radio Club repeater (147.330 + PL 156.7) will be used for a talk-in.
